HOW TO USE

FAMZON shoes are divided into a body and a heel that can be exchanged anytime and anywhere with one touch.

• How to remove
  Pull the heel while pressing the button on the front of the heel to complete the removal.
• installation method
  Put on your shoes with your heels on, put your heel on the center of gravity, and when you hear a click, the installation is complete. * To check if the body and heel are properly set, take off your shoes and take them 3-4 times with your ears. If there is no sound of the button, it is set without problems.

  * When the heel deteriorates, the purchase is more profitable than the repair price.
  * Repairs are accepted only for our products.
  * In principle, we can repair shoes with one pair of both feet.
  * Please note that products that have been repaired or processed outside of our company may not be repaired.
  * The repair price shown is for one pair of both feet.
  * Natural materials or products that have been sold for more than one year may not be repaired.
  When repairing, be sure to contact online support.
  During the New Year holidays and the Bon Festival, the repair period may take longer than usual due to the suspension of the factory in charge.

  * We may not be able to respond even during your time. Thank you for your understanding. * The price of all-sole replacement has been changed from 4,860 yen to 10,800 yen. (Revised from 25th june,2019)

[About point system]
Each time you purchase at FAMZON, you will earn 3% of the total amount.
Points will be given within one week after shipment.
The accumulated points can be used in the next shopping as “1 point = 1 yen”.

When to get points

ABOUT SHIPPING COST

The delivery fee is 500 yen nationwide (tax included). In addition, free shipping on purchases over 10,000 yen (tax included).
In the case of after-sales service (repair), shipping costs at the time of shipment will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we do not accept orders, payments, remittances, or shipments outside of Japan.

About cash on delivery
Delivery company: Japan Post
Customers using cash on delivery must pay the delivery company when receiving the product.

Q. Is membership registration free? What kind of service can I get?

A.Membership registration is free. Currently, we offer a free service up to one size exchange shipping fee.

Q.Are you worried about taking your heels while walking?

A. We are conducting a rigorous heel test. Specifically, we cleared safety standard tests for each item of heel fatigue resistance, heel impact strength, and heel attachment strength. A miracle heel that has been made hundreds of prototypes in collaboration with leading people inside and outside the shoe industry, using cutting-edge technology. Although we have strictly inspected, if a defective product (metal noise during walking, heel does not fit to the end, etc.) should be replaced immediately. Please rest assured.

Q. There is a sound (metal sound) while walking, and I am worried.

A. Basically, if the heel is firmly attached, there will be no sound (metal sound) while walking. Skilled craftsmen carefully inspect and ship, but if there is a sound (metal sound), we will replace it as soon as possible, so please contact us from online support once.

Q. If you try to remove the heel after a long time, it will be difficult to remove the heel.

A.If you do not remove the heel for a long walk, it may be difficult to remove. We recommend that you remove the heel regularly.

Questions about product delivery

Q. I ordered a product, but when will it arrive?

A. Our leather products are carefully inspected one by one at the time of shipment, so it usually takes about 10 business days from order to product shipment. Also, depending on the order status, it may be delayed about 2 weeks from the scheduled delivery date. Please note.
            The delivery date takes about 1-3 days from product shipment, but it may be delayed depending on traffic conditions.

Q. How much is the shipping cost?

A. Free shipping nationwide.

Q. Where is the delivery company? Is it possible to specify it again?

A.Use Japan Post (Yu-Pack). It cannot be specified.

Q. Can I specify the delivery date and delivery time zone?

A. Delivery date can be specified 7 to 14 days after the order date.

Q. I haven't received the item yet, please let me know

A. Please confirm the order confirmation email and the shipping completion email that you will receive after ordering from our shop.

Q. I want to send two or more items to different locations.

A. An order cannot be sent to multiple destinations. If you have more than one shipping address, we ask that you order multiple times.

About returned goods exchange

Returns and exchanges must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Please be sure to try on shoes indoors. Please refrain from returning or exchanging products used outdoors.
We can also respond to customer's convenience of “difference in image” and “return of heel”.
Body “size exchange” is free for members only once. We do not accept heel replacement.
If you are not a member, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs for customer convenience.

● When returning the body
Please pack the purchased product package in the same cardboard box as when it was shipped.
● In case of heel only return
Customers who purchased 3 or more heels will receive a heel box.
Pack it in a heel box and then pack it in cardboard at the time of shipment.
Please use the cash on delivery slip included in the cardboard at the time of shipment.
